This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption.
This voucher is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change can be given for any service which is under the value of this voucher.
Although we aim to provide the best quality and availability of services to our guests, we cannot guarantee in any way the effectiveness or availability of a particular service during our opening hours.
Photocopies will not be accepted, and all bookings must be made 48 hours in advance.
You may change the time and/or date of you booking provided that 48 hours (4 days in the case of group bookings) prior notice is received, and the requested day is no later than the expiry date of the voucher.
If you fail to attend such booking or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you will be charged the full price of the service booked.
Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking as if informed on arrival changes may incur additional charges.
Please hand vouchers in to our service staff on arrival for the services against which you wish to redeem this voucher, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
